About WildAgain Wildlife Rehabilitation
WildAgain Wildlife Rehabilitation, Inc. was formed as a 501c3 non-profit corporation in 1992 to help with questions on wildlife and conduct rehabilitation of small wild mammals for the local area, as well to support wildlife rehabilitation in general. Shirley and Allan Casey, co-founders of WildAgain, have held a wildlife rehabilitation license since 1986. They have personally rehabilitated 25 species of orphaned and injured tree and ground squirrels, chipmunks and rabbits.
They have conducted research and training at the state and national level in person and online, on many wildlife related topics, including rehabilitation practices, health, nutrition, and regulations since 1994. They have published over 150 articles and papers in rehabilitation community literature, veterinary journals and conference proceedings, other national publications, as well as online publications. They created and maintain WildAgain’s website () which includes a wide range of wildlife rehab related topics, including the popular WildAgain Wildlife Formula Calculator, as well as many of the papers they have published, conference proceedings from their presentations, research studies that they continue to conduct. They continue to work with environmental issues, land conservation, and wildlife policy at local, state and national levels. They appreciate the inspiration of and collaboration with wildlife rehabilitators, veterinarians, community members.
